Apprehensions of a first time blogger..
The idea of having my own blog, my own space ... where I could express my views and thoughts ... have others' opinion on them and more than anything, something that would be mine... it had always caught my fancy!! :) So decided then :) I'm gonna have my own blog!! But as they say,
I hadn't thought of a good name for my blog. Would have loved some better name ... portraying what my blog is all about... short.. and, sweet!! But alas! The good ones are always taken :P Then came the other concern... Who will my readers be? Will it be up to the mark and worth reading? Things which have fascinated us and excited us aren't always as entertaining for the others... Response was another issue for me!! We people have a tendency to be onlookers.. Whether it's a road accident, or some issue concerning society, we like to talk about it .. A lot!!.. But very few actually do anything about it.. Similar apprehensions regarding my blog surfaced.. People will read it I'm sure, but will anyone come forward to comment on it? Or rather, express their views and opinions..? After all, blogs are a way of communication, and communication better be two-sided!!
Finally overlooking all these, I have taken that 'first step.' I have here a platform now to fulfill my purpose... Let's see how this first time blogger turns up to be..!!
